Gene is the wood man and loves the rustic and primitive look. He often uses salvaged barn board for his handmade crafts. He loves to look over the wood with his artistic eye and picture it as a country, rustic, or primitive hat or coat rack. Many of his primitive crafts have been base coated, crackled, and then painted a country color which completes the Americana theme.
Gene has also handcrafted some nice stained racks, which make them ideal for a country theme. Pine is often used, but some are made of oak or cherry wood. These pieces have a variety of hooks and pegs, so there are many choices for everyone. Browse through the pictures and you will certainly find a rack that you like.
